Due to the nature of magic products, we may refuse to return/exchange items simply for change of mind. In the case of magical effects/books/DVD’s, we may, at our complete discretion, opt to only offer an exchange for the same product should it be found faulty, or not as advertised.
You have 10 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will generally only be issued due to a manufacturing fault or the item not being completely as advertised. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within an acceptable number of days, determined by your card issuer’s policies.
Orders made by mistake please contact our office firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. A credit will will be issued and the order cancelled for you to make another order.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non¬-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional insurance and tracking will be at your own cost.
Once the items are dispatched from our warehouse and handed to Australia Post it is no longer Global Magic Shop’s responsibility and you will have to take it up with Australia Post direct with the tracking number provided.
